Pet Care Policies

To schedule a service you must use the PetCheck Technology page or app. For dog walking or play date services a two hour window is preferred to allow all animals to be serviced in a timely fashion. Appointment services will be on time to the best of our ability.

Other services such as feeding, meds, litter box cleaning or other pet care(to be discussed by Client and Pet Servicer)  is included in the price of the service you are requesting.

7 a.m.- 7 p.m. Seven days a week

After hours- before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m.- $10 after hours fee 

Sunday- Saturday- $10.00 weekend fee.

Bookings for dog walking or pet care must be made by 10p.m. the night before to avoid a same day service charge. Late booking fees will be an additional $10.00 for any Services booked after 10 p.m. the night before and will be considered a same day service. To book a same day service you must call 720-295-6116 and be approved.

All cancelations made after 10pm the night before the service will be charged the full price. To cancel a same day service, please call 720-295-6116. All other cancelations must be done in PetCheck and do not incur a fee.

 $20.00 additional fee to any pet care service.
